Blogging is weird, especially when I don’t like talking about myself. It isn’t something that comes naturally to me, I am more of the observer than the speaker. But, I also want to get out what I am feeling, because I know a lot of people right now are having some of the same feelings and don’t really know what to make of them.
I consider myself to be empathic. I always have been but didn’t know it was a thing until a few years ago. I realized that some of my feelings weren’t actually my own, and I was energetically taking on others’ emotions – good or bad. And… growing up, it was mostly bad, and I couldn’t really do anything about it.
I can almost instantly know if someone is in a good or bad mood, depressed or angry, just by looking at them…if they are lying, hiding something…are attracted to me or can’t stand me. And, I especially can tell if you are not being authentic to yourself and others. That is a big one that I previously came across when working with a lot of people in a very negative environment.
I have gotten physically ill from walking into certain stores, going to the zoo, visiting nursing homes or hospitals, burial grounds, being around negatives, etc. Watching violence on TV and especially anything having to do with animal abuse will make me sick to my stomach. If I see someone on TV fall or get hurt, I literally will feel it. The way my higher self speaks to me is through my body. If things are not right or aren’t a vibrational match for me, I will feel it in my body.
Being able to read energy is essential when working in holistic healing, but in the real world, it can take a toll on you. You sometimes can’t decipher if what you are feeling is your own emotion or someone else’s. When I am in the space of someone who is in a bad mood, I end up feeling that way, even if I was in a good mood prior to being in their presence. A way to help me combat this is to envision a bright golden bubble surrounding me to protect others’ energy from infiltrating my energetic space.
Everyone has their own way of accessing their intuition. Feeling open to exploring that and developing it can be SO beneficial for living your truest life. We have all been taught not to see the value in this kind of stuff, but times are changing and we are evolving.
Something that I stumbled across recently was “Hado.”
Hado is the vibrational pattern at the atomic level of all matter. Its basis is the energy of the human consciousness. Dr. Masaru Emoto, a Japanese researcher, has devoted his life to studying water and its state of consciousness. He believes everything emits an aura and has a vibrational quality to it. The energy of something can be positive or negative, and the effects of outside stimuli are a factor. He experimented with this thought by using water as his test subject.
Dr. Emoto wanted to see if positive and loving words, songs, and notes would increase the quality of the water, which would produce beautiful crystals when frozen. He also wanted to test his theory that negative, hate-filled words would cause the water to create ugly looking crystals, or no crystals at all.
The crystals that formed in the love jar were beautiful and perfect, while the hate jar didn’t produce any, or produced ugly, asymmetrical crystals. Dr. Emoto did many similar experiments using the same concept, and each time he received the same results. His conclusion: microbes in the water are conscious and aware of their energy field. The energetic statement of the words spoken to the water affected its quality, hence, water is conscious and can understand what we are saying to it and around it.
Our words and thoughts do matter.
The amount of fear in the media right now is insane. We have several hurricanes coming at us, earthquakes, floods, and fires. Hurricane Irma is significantly larger in size compared to Hurricane Andrew in 1992. I can’t help but wonder why she is so big in comparison. Could it be that the media is perpetuating a collective consciousness with an energetic statement of fear that is being used as “fuel” for these disasters? I am not saying that these things are happening because of our thoughts, but what I am saying is our thoughts and fears could be more powerful that we thought, and that is something to think about.
Our thoughts and words are energy. The more negativity we put out there, the more negativity we will get back. The media and the government want us to live in a constant state of fear and lack, but it doesn’t need to be that way. The wheel is turning right now, we are heading into a new way of living, and the old doesn’t want to let go. They feed off of our fears…and we need to starve them. Starve them by being loving and nurturing and kind to every living being, big and small.
